Time: Every Monday, 6:00 PM - 7:15 PM
Description: Our Grief & Loss group aims to provide community, validation, and support for adults experiencing grief from the death of a loved one. Throughout this course you will be able to process and connect with others in similar experiences, gain valuable coping skills, begin to rebuild, and find meaning after loss.

Cost: $30 per session. We can take most types of insurance.
