Job Title: Mental Health Clinician (Full-Time, Hybrid)

Position Summary:

Sonatus Counseling is seeking a licensed clinician to join our team in a full-time, hybrid role. The ideal candidate is a warm, skilled, and motivated mental health professional who is passionate about working with adolescents and adults and is capable of providing effective therapy in both virtual and in-person settings.

Responsibilities:

Provide psychotherapy to a diverse caseload with a focus on adolescents

Conduct sessions both virtually and in-person at our San Antonio location

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Participate in clinical team meetings and case consultations as needed

Engage in ongoing professional development and uphold ethical standards of care

Qualifications:

Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field

Active full licensure in the state of Texas (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC)

Experience or strong interest in working with adolescents

Willingness to hold some evening or weekend availability

Excellent clinical judgment and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive care
