Yes, our telehealth sessions do not use A.I. chatbots. You will be seen by one of our real, live professionally licensed therapists (a.k.a humans!) who will perform your session via a video stream.

Studies show that teletherapy can be just as effective as traditional, face-to-face sessions for many mental health conditions—including anxiety, depression, trauma and more. All of the effective tools learned in an office setting are absolutely achievable in a virtual setting, too!
What Do I Need for Telehealth Sessions?
Our telehealth solution allows you to schedule directly online and have the entire therapy session take place digitally. You will need a computer or smart phone to join your session via a secure link on our patient portal. While you don’t need a video camera, we do recommend you use one.
