Our practice, Sonatus Counseling, is not a crisis or emergency response center, and our staff cannot provide immediate support for urgent mental health emergencies. Communications sent via this website, email, contact forms, or voicemail are not monitored 24/7 and may take 1–2 business days to receive a response.
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, are in immediate danger, or feel you may harm yourself or others, please take action right away:

If you are an active client needing non-urgent support outside of regular hours, please refer to your specific client agreement or safety plan.
